We are qualified BSc (Hons) Building surveyors. We are fully competent and insured to undertake detailed building defects reports along with arranging any repairs all in house with our professional team.
We offer cost effective aerial drone surveys allowing a quick solution compared to traditional methods of scaffolding, platforms or hiring a cherry picker. No one leaves the ground unnecessarily thanks to our joint venture with 3 legs photography to assist us undertaking building inspections. All clients have access to their survey reports with video imagery.
We offer reactive and planned maintenance services, ensuring timely diagnosis and repair for residential and commercial properties. With our integrated team, communication is seamless, leading to faster and more effective solutions.
